Pumpkin Spice Immune Boosting Smoothie
PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON IS HERE…FINALLY
September means time for Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING, am i right?? If you don’t agree…you’re wrong. Just Kidding! So, since having A PSL from Starbucks last week and feeling totally ICK afterwards thanks to all the sugar and who knows what else they have in there, I decided to make my own Pumpkin drink! I’ve been working all week to get the perfect mix of flavors and textures, and I’ve finally got it! Not only is it DELICIOUS, but also immune boosting, protein packed, and… VEGAN! Praise hands!
What makes this Immune Boosting??
Thieves Vitality Essential Oil:
A blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary essential oils.
Thieves is a blend of essential oils created by Young Living to boost our immune systems! It helps the body fight against illnesses such as flu, colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, sore throats, and more thanks to it’s antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial, and anti-infectious properties! It was tested at Weber State University and found to have a 99.96% kill rate against airborne bacteria!! Whaaaaaat! This stuff is truly amazing, and any opportunity I get to put it in or on my body I take!
+ 1 frozen banana
+ 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
+ 1 cup almond milk
+ 2 tbsp Young Living Vanilla Spice Pure Protein complete
+ 1 tsp cinnamon
+ 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
+ 1 can coconut whipping cream (chilled in fridge at least overnight!)
+ 1 drop Thieves vitality essential oil
+ In a blender, blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth!
+ Pour into a fancy glass
+ In your mixer (or hand mixer) add the coconut whipping cream and drop of Thieves vitality oil, whip until light and fluffy!
+ Top smoothie with this deliciousness, and save the rest for tomorrow!
