Superfood Chocolate “Truffles”
First of all, has anyone else ever given up sugar and then realized how much they really do love chocolate?? I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m a complete Chocoholic. If you’ve ever walked through the aisles of a grocery store checking the backs of the packages of anything and everything chocolate, you know it’s almost impossible to find any not full of sugar!!
So, of course, I turned to my friends on Pinterest for a yummy sugarless chocolate recipe to fulfill my craving, only to find that the majority of the recipes I found still contain some type of sweetener! At this point I already had my heart set on chocolate, so I threw some ingredients together, hoped for the best, and was actually pleasantly surprised!
I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for ways to load health benefits into everything I make, so I snuck some superfoods in here as well! Here are just a few of the many benefits of the superfoods used!
